:evil: we have a car parked outside our house for months now ,the tax ran out in march . it hasnt moved .
i thought you could not
dodge the car tax any more unless the owner has said its parked off the road .

| contact the council.or the dvla they will get someone to come along and get a clamp the tyre if its not sorted the car will get towed and scrapped.it should not be on a road at all. |

| :sith: well iam pleased to say the car has now moved !a neighbour e mailed the council on the friday on the monday the owner moved it on to there drive at 10.30pm ,they woke the street by reving the engine for about 10 mins first and playing some sort of heavy metal music at full blast,not sure if it was moved because of the e mail or just coincidence. |

| not sure on that one gtb.i watched a car get clamped because of failure of road tax last year in dixson way. |
