Has anybody driven through Devizes lately? It's a complete nightmare with traffic lights everywhere snarling all the traffic up and creating chaos. :evil: You even get caught up in traffic on a Sunday dinner time in the town centre. Roll eyes

there are trffic lights and road works going up every where they have to get rid of there money before the end of the fiancial year.

went to devizes last thursday the traffic was bad then .the parking in devizes is allful.

you should try driving around chippenham at the moment with the gas works being done ,there are traffic lights in timber street ,its a nightmare especially on a sataurday,

To all of you held up in traffic ask yourself a question "Was your journey really neccessary" then ask the same of other road users you will probably find that yours was but the others were not

Sorry Bear didnt have time to ask the others ! all i know is the buses are never on time now as they are held up ,and after a days work all you want to do is get home not waiting for a bus in the cold.

Daffy, I can not believe you moaned about the cold when you wrote your bit in June last year!

I use buses and am sometimes frustrated by them, mainly by lack of notice of changes in time tables and things like out of date time tables or conflicting info, or even bloody minded drivers!!! But on the whole, I like the experience.

Last time i used a bus was to go to bath about two years ago .if i was on my own i would have drove.
I hate public transport and will avoid it at any cost.
Unless in london where the underground is the best thing going.
