OK, I cannot decide which I like better.
They have been compared to each other because their London accents and story telling lyrics make their singing style distinct.

I think I have more respect for Kate Nash, as she worked hard to get where she is. Lily on the other hand, seems to have spent her life riding on the waves of her family's fame. And Kate is cuter, but that isn't a very scientific answer.
