| I once made a bonoffe pie ,where you have to boil condensed milk for the offe bit.anyway i popped out when it was boiling only to find that my brother had pierced the can as it swells.it was every where. and took ages to clean up. |

| Once many years ago I cooked a Christmas turkey in a rayburn an it looked great on the outside but still had ice crystals on the inside when I started carving needless to say it went back in the oven and we had christmas lunch at about 4pm with cold vegetables not the best christmas dinner I have ever had |

| the one thing i did and never lived it down was forgot to put the eggs in the scotch eggs i was making,i wondered why they was so small then an hr later i found the bowl of boiled eggs ,and i spent 3 yrs training to be a chef !!!!!! |
