Anyone heard about the fight in town last night, outside the chicken/kebab place just between Smile (post office) and Lloyds bank (the pedestrian bit)?
Apparently 1 guy took on 10 people, and 7 police cars came to sort it out.
Is this normal for Calne on a Saturday night?

there is normally quite a bit of trouble down town.i havnt heard about the fight but i did hear a load of people singing football chants about 12 30.

Just as amatter of interest does anyone know where the police cars came from,how long it took them and how many came from the Calne Police Station which depending on who you speak to is closed or not closed |
