Leeks - Roasted
Cheese and pickle butties - Microwaved
Scones - as they come.
My Friend Louise's Welsh Cakes - Shame I only see her once or twice a year, but it worth it for the buns.  :wink:

i thought i have tryed most thingsclunk but never roasted leek or microwaved butties :lol:
i cook my leeks in butter/milk and water .
i do eat roast swede though which is very nice.
