is there any need for all the quoteing ???

I disagree.Quote by all means but only when it is relevent.
quoting 13 remarks is over the top and will be removed. _________________ Regards

| On another forum, we have the rule not to quote the previous post unless there is more than one subject in the post or we are quoting specifics. |

I do think too it is rather pointless to quote a whole post in reply - only if it is a few lines, and then only if you're responding directly to it.
Life's too short to re-read the same stuff over and over again! |

I've always thought quoting to be rather comedic, myself, however we are going off topic with the subject of quoting... maybe a new topic for it? _________________ LIKE A NIGHT OUT IN SWINDON

this is much better.
Couldn't you add a script so that however much you quote, only the message of the person you are quoting appears on your message, without their quote?
seen it before a long time ago _________________ LIKE A NIGHT OUT IN SWINDON
