What meat are you having?
I quite fancy duck this year ,it makes a change from turkey.

| We had lamb with homemade mint sauce and it was yummy.i always do enough for 6 when i do a roast and plate up six meals then we eat three on a sunday wrap cling film over the other three and place them in the fridge for the next day minus the gravy.then on the monday we microwave them for three minutes put on fresh gravy and have a roast all over again with out all the hassle of doing the veg its great as you dont have no waste and its just as good as the sunday. |

We had a nice piece of Scottish beef with all the trimmings plus my fave veg honey roasted parsnips.
As usual ate to much and fell asleep in front of tele, or was it the tele that sent me to sleep.  |
