As part of wiltshire police summer drink drive campaign they have set up a hot line for you to ring if you see anyone who you have reason to belive that they are driving under the influance of drink or drugs.ring the number and select option 4 they will get the petrol to interceptt them.
There really is no excuse for drink driving and people who do it should have the book thrown at them.
