hello Peter, missed it.
But went swimming on Sunday morning, only 2 of us in the pool at 0930! Brilliant.
Do you know if there are any plans to mend the locker locks in the gents changing room, as quite a few are defective, and a lot of the straps for the keys are past their best and you have to find one which is OK.
Apart from that, a lovely pool and great staff. |

| Glad you had a good swim, if you had been there on Monday at 1pm you would have had to share with 80 others. Its hard to believe that the leisure centre closed because there was not enough support! |

We used to use Devizes swimming pool for aqua-tot sessions (ie. we took our eldest two there when they were six months old) for a couple of years but the place is in tatters despite revamping the place. The pool was far too cold for young children to swim and the filters kept breaking down so the water ended up all murky. In the end we got fed up with the place and started to use the Pool at Bradford on Avon which is superb.
Does the Calne pool have warm water to swim in? _________________

| the Calne water is lovely. My 4 year old will stay in for 45 minutes and not complain it is cold. I am not very active when I am in with her, and it is fine for me. |
