We are sticking to tradional this year and having turkey.im not the greatest lover of turkey as i find it to dry but i have been told not to stuff it which i normally do.
so what you having for your?

Turkey will only be dry if you cook it wrong. The legs and breast of a turkey cook at different rates - the legs cook before the breast meat. You need to put a couple of layers of tin foil on the legs to protect them as the breast meat is cooking. You can also place a very good knob of butter up under the skin where the crop of the bird once resided, this will baste the meat and impart a nice flavour as the bird cooks.
