Another small yet irritating problem, can you change the colour of links so when I do this it stands out more. Because it looks so untidy when you do this.

Its in the guide I did. Which has strangely seemed to of disappeared :?
On most forums when you put a link in, it has the link in a different colour.
To make them obvious on this forum, I underline them. But you can certainly make it a different colour.
To do a nice tidy hyperlink:
In my example we will use a random website
http://www.randomwebsite.com/
To make it nice and tidy like this, requires a little bit of bb code.
The last sentence as I typed it in the posting box:
| Code: | | To make it nice and tidy like [url=http://www.randomwebsite.com/][color=red][u]this[/u][/color][/url], requires a little bit of bb code. |
You type | Code: | | [url=<enter url here>] |
Then type how you want it to appear in the post. | Code: | | [url=<enter url here>]interesting weblink |
then close the bb code like this | Code: | | [url=<enter url here>]interesting weblink[/url] |
To add the underline, then put the underline bb code before and after the text. Like this | Code: | | [url=<enter url here>][u]interesting weblink[/u][/url] |
