looking at the comments on the g and h comment page i fail to see one good reason why that flag should not be flown at all times.
if what someone said on that comment page was true regarding the families of those soilders who died stay in the lansdowne it gives even more reason for that flag to fly.
some one did point out what would happen on special occassions if the flag was up all the time.
well fly it with the george cross .
any sort of patriotism.should be encouraged we are losing far to much of it as it is.
