Felt unwell today so didn't go to work, and as I haven't been out and about for about 3 month's I decided to get some fresh air instead of sitting at the PC.

Cycled up to the Sand Pits via Anchor Road. Saw a fantastic plane that looked like a Boeing 707 or similar circling the town in about a 5 mile radius. Went back to Town Center. They were putting up the Christmas tree etc, a nice touch.

Went in Sainsburys. Wandered around aimlessly for a few minute's. Bought my supplies. Some fellow was talking about something in a Manchester accent. He reminded me of a large mammal that likes eating salmon, however such animals are in hibernation at this time of year.

Went cycling around the area for a bit. Went back home. Saw a C-130 flying over, fell off my bike, and now I have a rather nasty and relatively deep cut on my knee that hurts like George Bush at a party for computer chairs.

Being a geek isn't all it's cracked up to be, nor is going out.

And yes, I am rambling pointlessly, but as all I do is moan anyway I can't see how it affects much.
