Please consider your nieghbours .for the past four nights someone has had a fire.like many people do on a sunny days and dry nights i leave washing on my line over night. and as it hots i have the windows open and all i can smell is fire.
i can not belive how some people can be so incosiderate as this.now and again i dont mind but four nights in a row is taking the mickey

| If they are that frequent you could speak to the council who will make an official complaint to the person responsible. |

| I would suggest you find them and then either have a word or report them to the council. |

| :lol: we used to have a neighbour who lit fires in the middle of the day when we was kids ,i think if i recall we put the hose pipe over the fence and soaked the old trout neighbour in the proccess . :diabloanifire: :diabloanifire: |

LAST SUMMER IT WAS THE FIRST HOT DAY IN AGES ,SO NATUARLY WASHING WAS OUT ON THE LINE WE WAS ALL SAT OUT IN THE GARDEN ENJOYING THE SUN ,WHEN DOWN THE ROAD FROM US SOME PEOPLE WAS CUTTING THERE CONIFER HEDGE DOWN AND THEY STARTED TO BURN IT .THE THICK BLACK PLUMES OFF SMOKE HAD US AND ARE NEIGHBOUR RUNNING IN DOORS TO SHUT THE WINDOWS AND GRABB THE WASHING IN ,I LOOKED TO SEE WHO IT WAS WHEN ONE OF THE OTHER RESIDENTS IN MY ROAD WAS HAVING A SLANGING MATCH WITH THE BLOKE FOR BEING SO INCONSIDERATE ,WHO BURNS EVERGREEN SHRUBS ANYWAY ?
NOT LONG AFTER HE PUT THE FIRE OUT .

That is plain ignorance of his surroundings I would suggest.
What about BBQ's? They can generate a fair amount of smoke and pungent smells and can cause nuisance to near neighbours. Should these be more strictly controlled in densely populated areas? |
