The funny thing about boot sales is that everybody who uses them thinks they are going to pick up the ultimate bargain and end up on Antiques Roadshow or something. I'm sure that in some very rare cases this does happen but in the vast majority of sales they are just buying the usual tat.
What's the best bargain you have ever bought at a car boot sale??

| I bought 6 Silver crowns (coins) about a month a go for £5. I sold them for £5 each on ebay ! |

I used to go to the boot sales alot especialy Dauntsey ,i went there after about 3 yrs and was supprised how huge its got ,i got board and didnt bother looking at half the stalls,when my children was toddlers it was great for the ride on toys and clothes.Depends what your after.
