Abberd Way/Colemans is a very run-down area and generally looks like an absolute slum.
I don't think there's much serious crime there apart from kids messing about, but the flats nearby have a huge drug problem.
Best of luck it'll be better than the cities |

I take it you've never seen a real slum then - it's a long way from that bad. |

I lived in South London for a while... so yeah, I kinda know what a slum looks like. |

It's nowhere near as bad as the cities.
But it'd classify as poor anywhere I've been. It's the classic council estate fare but it DOES look terrible due to being seemingly abandoned by the people who should be looking after it. Inner-city slums usually have more maintenance. Maybe a refurb even.
