why did he get you expelled?
mine had to be mrs dack the maths teacher i could not stand her she caught ten of us sciving enrichment yet i was the only one to get suspended. |

I hated Mr Tickner the headmaster he caned me for the pens falling out of my blazer pocket during assembly. Nast piece of wok.

Why is it that all mention of school is centered on the John Bentley School, surely I am not the only one to have attended Fynamore Secondary Modern.
There was some great teachers their, some are still living in and around Calne.
Lets hear it for the Secondary Modern! |

Hullo All
I am replying to Peter Dolmans Post.
I think Fynamore School was Calne Secondry Modern School.
Well I was there from, I think, late 1956 to 1959.
The headmaster was Mr Springate.
The music teacher was Mrs Gleed.
My form teacher was Mr Henry.
Ring any bells ?
