lost a pound this week - surprisingly if I really syned this week 
I get weeks often where I stay the same - But at least it wasn't a gain.
I stick to green, never red, i feel really sick on red days, and i'm not a big meat eater. There's quite a few in my group who only do red and they talk about having bacon for breakfast, chicken for lunch and steak for tea, snacking on packs of ham - just the thought makes me feel queasy.

i prefere red.
well done for losing though kizzy.
a bloke in my class got his eight and a half stone award he has done it in 14 months so there is hope for us yet
