well done kathy thats great .
how much do you want to lose in all?

i put on 3 and a half pound this week .
which is what i expected to be honest as i had eaten a lot over easter so this week have gone very strictly back on to it..

ever heard of marmite balls??

par boil some potatoes not much .
in a sand wich bag put a tea spoon of marmite ,

use a melon scoop to scoop balls from your potaoe then place in sandwich bag give a good shake to cover them then roast.

apparently they are ment to be really nice.

what did you do this week kizzy?

I hate marmite - YUK!

Didn't go this week, was too tired after my weekend away and I did fall off the diet for 2 days (a bottle of wine and a couple of cans, 2 easter eggs, fried breakfast  :oops: )

Oh well straight back on it today - if I can't have a blow out now and then, I get really depressed - I'm just grateful my jeans don't feel tight which I hope means I didn't put too much on.  :shock:

my problem is i miss breafd far to much ,not just the taste but the texture,if im hungry i dont always want fruit.

I not really sure how much i want to lose, i want to get down to the size i was before i met block, (so its his fault i put weight on!!) I didnt really weigh myself before so i can only go by my clothes. Ive just started taking some tablets now that remove the fat from your food/body, and im walking every where so i hope i will be into my summer clothes soon!

im still find drinking all the water hard ,i need to walk places more i hate walking round the streets i would prefere through fields or forest.but hate going on my own and prefere to walk if i had a purpose which is why i nick my parents dogs she gets a good walk.
and i get the excerise.

kathy what are the tablets ????i want some :lol:

The tablets are called "xenical" you can only get them from your doctor (which is why i wanted to do my diet through him  smiling )
I must warn you the side affects are um shall i say YUCK! With out going into to much detail, just think of the only way undigested fat can come out of your body.   :wink:   but they do work, so its worth it.
