There was a very thought provoking article in the Daily Telegraph a couple of days ago concerning doner kebabs. A study found that on average a large donor kebab contained 111mg of fat - enough to fill a wine glass!! :shock:

| I watched kill it cook it eat it ,and it showed how they jet washed the carcus and collected the meat which was for the doners. |

been really bad the last two weeks havnt stuck to it at all .had far to much on.so back to fat club tomorrow and see what the damage is then back in to it on wednesday  |

bought these "weight watchers" cakes the other day in sainsbury's.
they say they are half the calories of ordinary cakes, so you can eat twice the amount. |
