how are you doing with the diet over the easyer period .
mine has totaly buggered up .hot cross buns with butter was to much of a temptation :oops:

Mines ever two weeks at the docs....and todays the day, really dont think ive lost much if any, haven't been able to do much cause of my op...but ive started the tablets now :wink:
