would recommend the gallops.Take the dog it is peacefull and you can walk for miles in excelent countryside and wild life.
You may even see the race horses being trained.
They are easy to find all you do is go out of calne before the beckhampton roundabout there is a turning to your right.you can park in there.

I love it up there.
The woods are worth a visit if you have kids, as there are generally loads of rope swings and places to run around and be free.  |

| i went up there on wednesday and we saw quite a few of the small planes ,from yatebury.fly about. |
