How come that useless moron Lampard gets £160,000 a week, yet Swindon are allowed to go into liquidation?
I say sell all the Premiership clubs off and use the money to save the lower-leagues and non-league.

It wasn't that long ago that Chelsea was sold off to Abramovic for £1 as long as he cleared their debts. Football is just a very big financial accident waiting to happen, and in some cases it already has; Chelsea, Leeds, Newcastle, etc. How can clubs expect to pay their "stars" in excess of 100k per week when it takes their average fan more than five years to earn that sort of money?
