It's interesting - when I lived up there - Calne/swindon I never knew anyone who had had cosmetic surgery.
When we moved down to Southampton, loads of people do. It's very gratifying when the ladies want to show you the results!
It certianly seems most acceptable down here and certainly not unusual.
I would have several things done. Oddly enough I'm seeing a nose specialist on Friday - it seems that the insides of my nose are messed up, probably from palying water polo when I was a kid, but I can't breath very well and he can fix it. I'm going to try to get him to make my nose smaller at the same time.
