It' hard to imagine anyone that didn't have a severe psychological problem doing something like that, so it doesn't seem an inappropriate result, to me. |

just because he wasnt in a fit state of mind i would still find him guilty of murder.
most murders take place when people are not in a fit state of mind .how many take place when someone is high? although the guilt in what he feels will be a life sentance in its self. |
