church street
Bear

My guess would be one of the churches or one of the pubs however the oldest dwellings would have to be the old alms houses on the road from Church Street to The Green
Clunk

There is a georgian house on the green. (I think)

Isn't there remains of a 15th century mill house at keevils?
Kizzy

Lansdowne Strand Hotel - 1565
White Hart - 1659
St Marys - 1400's
St Peters - 1200's

There won't be many more buildings older than 17th Century as there was a large fire that broke out in the 1300's which destroyed a fair bit of Calne at the time as they were mainly timber and straw.

Found it on this site
