I can't stand wallpaper. Ugly stuff. Easier to paint the walls every year then Paper them. Mind you, I still not painted the hall yet. :oops:

Get the walls skimmed (plastered). Not much more expensive than wallpapering

But I don't do it any more.
I also do plastering too, which gives a much better finish than filling and sanding or wallpapering.

not in Calne. I did it when we were in Bristol. Gone back into engineering now (after I finished my mid life crisis).
