As we are on the line of thanks can i just thank a few people on here.
Kathy,pimpdriver were fantastic help when we protested against the gypsy sites which could have been built in calne.They made the effort and insted of just moaning about it got off there back sides and helped do something about it.The result being that myself and Kath presented the council with a petition of just under 2000 signitures.Others were involved so also thanks to them.
One of the reasons i have resigned is because i feel that there is a lack of intrest.Peter often says use it or lose it.Which i feel in this case is certainly true.If you the members/moderators do not work together and promote this forum it will become stagnant.
A hell of a lot of work has gone in to producing this forum for the people of calne to say what is on there mind only few do.
We tried to keep the forum trouble free which i feel we have done .In the space of nearly two years only two people have been banned which is good.We try to create a friendly atmosphere and even though members have disagreed the boards still read a respectfull debate.
So really if you dont want to lose the forum use it,have fun with it but most importantly promote it.

T.D, you are one of the best, this forum is what it is today because of the hard work you have put into it.
Im sure i am not alone in saying a big thank you for all the time and effort you have put in.
since being a moderator i also feel ive made a good friend in you.
we will continue with the hard work you started and try to build on the foundations you had made.
