On another forum, we have the rule not to quote the previous post unless there is more than one subject in the post or we are quoting specifics.

I do think too it is rather pointless to quote a whole post in reply - only if it is a few lines, and then only if you're responding directly to it.
Life's too short to re-read the same stuff over and over again! :lol:

Couldn't you add a script so that however much you quote, only the message of the person you are quoting appears on your message, without their quote?
