The recessionwhats the way out?

The bigger issue staring us in the face is deflation.
The Japanese recession of the 1990's lasted many years after deflation set in despite their goverment reducing interest rates to 0% in an effort to get people spending.
There is some evidence that the UK population has started to save at a rate not seen for many years.
So if you want to help fight the way out of recession and stop us moving into deflation then stop saving and start spending!
If we all purchased a new car in the next month the car manufacturers would not need to bailed out.

cant help there i already have a new car.i think money for every one is pretty tight and the shops are really struggling as for the way out the goverment need to put things in place .they need to stop refugees coming here close the borders so to speak,stop paying benifits to people who dont live here.stop employers hiring foriegners where there is a english candiate,the polish who came over i would agree that they were excelent workers but they necver spent there money here they came over here worked then went home they never brought houses here .so the result was so much money going out and not staying in.
