strange mystries

its all about strange but true.for example the barbados tombs .a rich family had a large tomb for when they died the family members go in there .they noticed that when they went in the coffins were moved from where they were placed .they even sealed the entrance with concrete so no one could get in and the coffins still moved.
there is also the story of joan of ark who as we know got burned at the stake yet a woman came back five years after  her death and knew things and even her brothers declared that it was her.

another is of the mona lisa  the one in the louve is considered fake because leonardo never finished the original he was commissioned to paint her from a bloke as it was his wife he became besotted with her .he gave the unfinished painting to the husband which ended up not long after in the king of frances hand .

I expect the tomb became flooded which caused the coffins to move/float about. When the tomb was opened the water had receded and it appeared as if something mysterious had happened. Was this the cause of it??

no it wasnt the case the casket wieght was something like 240 ib on one occassion it was proped up against the door on the inside.the tomb is marble and it was never flooded its high up on either a hill or a cliff

I have a great book called "The Unexplained - an Illustrated guide to the World's Natural and Paranormal Mysteries"

It is split down by country - some really freaky stuff! The British stuff is among the best - have you ever heard of Spring Heeled Jack?

He was a phantom that spooked London during the 19th Century !

Also, I was interested to see that during the recent snowy weather, the "Devil's Hoofprints" were spotted for the first time in about 150 years............
