for me
haircut on beech terrace probably twice a year.
the library- every 6 weeks
full belly's -now and again
ummmmm ummmm that's about it

i go to somerfields....its just down the road from me
fully bellys for pet food
the only time i go to the top of town other than the post office or iceland is to spiders web every couple of months for hair cuts

to shop, as far as possible, to meet people, visit the bank, read the councils notice board, to attend council meetings (as a member of the public, to eat out, to have a drink, or just have a walk.
after all its the town I live in and am interested in whats hapening. the town centre, which in my opinion is the strand is a very important part of the town.
I am in the town several times each week sometimes several times on one day.

I use somerfield, barber shop trio, oxford road dentist, the library, and most of the others from time to time ...... i dont shop much (yawn) unless i need something.
