WE had a trip to West Bromwich Albion to see Swindon Town play Burnley in the League Cup Semi-Final replay the year they won it (I know I'm getting on now) I remember some of us got quite drunk in the back of the coach on cider. Mr Williams was the teacher who arranged it all. Nice bloke wonder what became of him.

went on loads of school trips but no family holidays - what does that mean.
The best were the annual Norfolk Broads trips - I remember me and John Caunter bought a load of booze as soon as we could, but we were allocated the beds that converted to the dining room. We had our bottles in our cupboard, but one morning left the cupboard door open.
Halfway through breakfast John Regan saw what was in there and went mental. If I remember rightly, he made us share it out...
Did a 1st year france trip and broght back some playing cards with naked ladies - they were confiscated by Mr Cooper.
2nd year I think we had a week in Normandy that apparently was great if you were in the 'in crowd'...
I went skiing 3 times - Bardonecchia in Italy and Soll in Austria - might not have been soll, it was the next resort down, but we did a days skiing in Soll. I went back there last year. Couldn't rmember a thing. I can't rmember the third place, may have been two goes in Italy.
Oh, and an outdoors week at Pencelli.
