Crafts and StuffOne of my many hobbies is Crafts.
I currently do Knitting, Cross Stitch, Tapestry, Tablet Weaving, Drop Spinning, Rug Loom, Luceting, Sewing (mainly costumes).
I also make greetings cards using odds and sods and cross stitch pieces.
I am also contemplating jewellery making, but I don't know if I will have the time :cat:

Thought I would post some pictures of some of the crafts I do.
Drop Spinning - The spinning of a raw fleece using a weighted spool dropping it and twisting the fleece to make wool

A Lucet - used for making cords - very similar to french knitting but only using 2 pins instead of 4

i liked doing tapestary.do you do them for shows and stuff like that?

Yeah they are mainly Medieval Crafts and I do incorporate them into the shows we do, but I enjoy doing them at home as well.
Problem is I always have part finished projects on the go and can never decide which one I want to finish first. When I get some piccies of the other crafts I'll post them on here as well

Where ever they will hire us - this August Bank Holiday we are at Pembroke Castle - which is always a good show. We've been to numerous Castles across England and Wales and we have done Fete and Festivals

Why not promote the shows you do on this site could be extra buissness for you.i wouldnt mind going to a medevil show.
