I walked the dogs down the town last night, first time in awhile cause ive been ill and they have had to make do with short walks.
The amount of 10/11 year olds running around shocked me as this was about 9 ish. I even cought a couple running over a car! Me being me i couldn't keep my mouth shut, so i shouted at the little sod, who in turn thought it would be funny to use words that would make a lorry driver blush, until he saw the dogs and legged it :wink:
But where do the parents think there little darlings are?
Do they realise they are in town drinking and causing damage? or do they just not care? :evil: :evil: :evil:

it has been mentioned before on here.
it amazes me when such young kids are allowed out .
the most atoshishing i find though is young girls of around 8-9 who are pushing prams with tiny babys in .just what are the parents thinking there ?there is not a 8-9 year old in this country who is capable of being responsible for a child so young whist out.

ive walked home on a friday night around 12am and seen young girls and boys of around 14-15 drinking ,the girls wearing next to nothing just hanging around.
