Should prisoners have the right..I was watching Matthew wright the other morning and one of the topics they had was should prisioners be allowed to have sex with there partners and start familys whist they are still inside.
The argument is by not allowing to do so you are taking away not only the convicts human right to have a family but also there partners.

I'm sorry am I missing something here. I was always under the impression that a custodial sentence was mean to be punitive in nature which means that the offender looses his freedom and sends a message to those in our society who may be tempted to offend in the future. Next thing you know they'll be letting them out at weekends to watch their favourite football team play. Absolutely ludicrous
