New Years ResolutionI have just thought of a new years resolution that maybe 99% of members on here will agree with. Why not actually eat what's in your freezer rather than go out and buy what you already have hidden behind the frozen peas and blackcurrants. I bought a joint of pork the other week because I thought we were bereft of meat in the freezer yet have just found a nice joint hidden behind some frozen peppers! People tend to hoard food in freezers thinking that it lasts for ever but a lot of the time don't actually get round to using it, who's been guilty of putting a Pheasant in the freezer at the end of the season in January but is shocked to find it the following November when the new season is underway and fresh birds are available?? Fruit is another thing; freezing apples, plums, etc for the winter months but still finding them sitting in the freezer the following summer!
