Illegal cars!One in 12 cars are on the road illegally a survey reckons, either with no mot or insurance. What would you do to solve it ???

More number plate recognition cameras. Illegal cars should be scrapped there and then. Harsh but fair.O

i disagree with that.they shouldnt be scrapped thats to much of a waste .why dont they take ownership away and sell the cars off at a discount price to people give the money to charity.then send the orinal owner a thankyou for donating what ever the car was worth to the charity.

 That's not a ad idea that.  You can imagine some chav having to give up his cherished BMW as it's given away to some charity. I'm sure the thank you note would be appreciated.

The cars are usually worth more as scrap. If they have no MOT or tax or insurance it is unlikely they will be roadworthy or safe.
