Hi FolksI was invited to join this Forum-you know who you are its your fault!!I am a retired farmer, about to start running a mobile Fish & Chip shop as well as a show and shoot catering business. One of our major suppliers is based in the Portemarsh Estate and we visit the town often. We make all our own sausages and beef burgers,chicken burgers using top quality BRITISH ingredients and will be making our own pies and pasties as well.Everything we sell we eat ourselves! My hobbys is working my dogs-one collie,three springer spaniels and a young yellow labrador. The gundogs are used for beating and/or picking up and I shall be out two-three times a week from 20th.September until Feb 1st 2009 when the season ends. Nick |
