Is it not better to give them some sort of entertainment rather than leaves the kids with empty streets in which to run around and generally cause havoc.
One constantly hears the whine of "there's nuffink to do". So better they get their kicks at the fair than aiming their kicks at shop windows or innocent bystanders.
I think the fair ground operatives can sort out the little boys of Calne. 8)
