The sentence seems about right, but it is hard to know what else to do, given that, in 2006 he claimed:
which is all of his adult life, given that he's 35 now!

He should, perhaps, be treated for his problem. I happen to know there are only 12 places in the whole of the South West of England for people with neurological disorders who get into criminal patterns of behaviour. Most of these can be helped into a better pattern of life and most are also very keen to do so, but there are so few places for them to enter programmes that most also end up in a prison system which has no trained staff to deal with them and end up worse off in the long term. | ||
