You could be right but sometimes it is better to fight from within than without. But initially two councillors resign and we hear that POSSIBLY another two were considering their positions.

I'm sure that Councillor Bland has his reasons for taking the action that he has. If he cares to share them with us that would be fine, if not any speculation would be merely that.

Speculate away for your own amusement if you wish. Any decisions made either way will not have been easily arrived at.

If you know Dave. or even if you don't, why not ask him? He, at least, is approachable.
