Christmas mealso what you having ???
we are having turkey this year first time in about 10 years.im not the greatest lover of turkey as i find it dry.anyone have any tips to stop it tasting so dry.

try cooking it on its breast first and put some streaky bacon onto it. I love turkey, so thats what we will be having. And saltbeef sandwiches for tea.
We buy loads of different meats in for over christmas, including venison. :D

Sorry but Christmas evening if theres any room left is for Turkey and stuffing sarnies in brown bread with lots of salt. I know salt is bad for you but its the only time I use it.

First thing dont over cook it ! lift the skin and put blobs of butter underneath and add a little water in the bottom of the roasting tin to keep it moist .
