has anybody heard of the date of the agm for ccap ..  as i have heard that a few community groups are interested in attending with a view of becoming members of ccap ..

how come its got moved from 14th october to the 28th october.

thats convient its 1/2 term week when most people go away.

is there an ulterior motive in moving it ?

is it by any chance because there is a calne area board meeting on the 20th october !!

I wonder why the indecision about the AGM date. One would assume the consitution sets out the way the AGM should be advertised and conducted.

There are many questions to be asked at the AGM,
how can someone become a member of CCAP
how can you get a copy of the rules & regulations
how can you get a copy of the latest accounts
being just 3.
Hopefully these will be answered on the 28th October.

You can pick up membership forms for joining CCAP at the following places :: Bank House and the community corner shop (goldmans old shop) when it is open.

You either send it by email to calnecap@hotmail.co.uk
or post through the door of the community corner shop (goldmans old shop) but advisable to do both and keep a copy.

If anyone wishes to stand for election you need to send in your nomination with their details and also details of sponsor and seconder by the 26th October or as soon as possible.

The new officers voted in at the Calne Community Area Partnership (CCAP) AGM this evening are as follows ........

Malcolm Gull as Chairperson .. (also Chair of Twinning Assco)
JR Dawson as VIce-Chair .. (also Vice-Chair of Calne Community Group)

Voting for the above was unanimous .. a popular decision by all present at the AGM

Post of Treasurer will be will be decided at a later date.
