Black pepper sauceThis is fantastic on steak and so easy to make.
You will need
2 onions
small pot double cream
black pepper
mushroom
In a large frying pan sweat off the diced onions and sliced mushrooms,add the cream and black pepper and stir well,simmer so the cream reduces in the pan and pour over the steak .it is yummy.
You can also do this for pork,for this you add 1/2 pint cider when you sweat the mushrooms and the onions off.Please note you do not have to add black pepper .A few apple slices can be added for that extra fruity taste.
