Try being married to an alchoholic.
It will put you off drinking for life.
Kizzy will tell you, my family cant get me drinking anymore.

Clunk has never drunk much and it is true he doesn't touch anything now - as for myself i use to go binge drinking at the weekends between the age of 15 -19.

At the age of 20 i decided i had better things to do with my life and money.  The only time i drink to excess is when we are at shows with friends which works out about 5 times a year - and even then it normally someones homemade wine

I used to drink heavily and would think nothing of downing a dozen pints or more of an evening which wasnt too bad in my younger days when I was fit and played rugby at least once a week but when I stopped playing everything headed south I put on lots of weight ended up a diabetic with rheumatoid arthritis. I dont know if these things are contributable to my excess alcohol consumption but I dont think it helped.

It's the British disease, binge drinking: no other nation does it and it is a tremendous cost to society.
