Just on the northern "ring road" if you go from Stickleback Road roundabout towards Chippenham, there's a thing to tell you your speed.
So far I've managed 97mph (not bad going, considering how close to the roundabout it is).

well considering the top speed of my van is 86mph, i doubt it!!! |

On the "northern bypass". You have the first roundabout as you come in from Chippenham, and turn left towards Lyneham. Then 2nd roundabout is School Road. Then 3rd roundabout is Stickleback (entrance to Lansdowne Park housing).
Or go up Oxford Road, past Buildbase, then turn left at roundabout instead of going to Lyneham. |

| They have moved it to further up the road. It isn't where it was when I first encountered it. It was closer to school road roundabout. Now it is right opposite fishers brook turning. |

There was one at the new zebra crossing on the quemerford side of Calne too
I say was as it was there last week on my way home from work but these things have a habit of moving :lol: |
