He was a true gent and a cook who I really admired because he cut through most of the snobby bullsh** that accompanied a lot of the dishes that he was showing us how to cook. I would have loved to have had a swift pint with him or been at a restaurant with him.

i enjoyed his programmes it wasnt any pompus crap .he was a legend in the cooking world.
same as patrick swayze in the film world |
