Somewhere, along the line, it comes down to an irresponsible adult breaking the law to get it to them, either by selling it to them or buying it for them.

unless they nick it off parents drink cabinets.
adults buying kids drinks is taking the mickey i can not belive some adults are that irressbonsible

The problem is when we read about "kids" down the town we assume they are all under 18, however there are some that hang down there that are well into there 20's. They are the ones that buy the drink for the under-age one, then the under-age one look up to them....... big fish in a little pond!
